8oz Sharp Cheese
3oz Swiss Cheese
½ to 1 Can Domestic Beer
1-2 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Worcheshire Sauce
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Mustard Powder
Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring Beer to a simmer.

2. Add chopped Garlic, simmer, add Mustard Powder and Cheese.

3. Add Flour and stir until dissolved, add Worchesire Sauce. Stir until smooth and creamy.
