¾ cup 7-Up or apple juice
1 ½ cups chablis wine
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 ½ pounds Swiss cheese
1 pound fontina cheese
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon liquid onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons kirsch
Dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese. In a saucepan, bring 7-Up and wine almost to a boil. Mix in cornstarch with water to make a runny paste. Add to 7-Up/wine mixture. Stir until thickened. Lower heat; add cheese a little at a time. After cheese and wine are blended smooth, add seasonings and kirsch. Serve with French bread cubes.
