6 or 8 Medium potatoes
2 C. Shredded cheese
1/3 C. Chopped onions
2 C. Sour cream
1 Stick of butter
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. White pepper
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in skin and cool. Then shred. In a sauce pan melt butter and cheese. Remove from heat and add sour cream, salt, pepper, and potatoes. Mix and then put in buttered baking dish.
Put butter on top and bake at 400º for about 20 minutes.
