6 c. sliced pared tart apples
1¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
¾ c. milk
2 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar

Streusel:
½ c. Bisquick baking mix
½ c. chopped nuts
⅓ c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 325º. Grease pie plate, 10X1½ inches. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except Streusel until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes.
Streusel: Mix 1 cup Bisquick baking mix, chopped nuts, brown sugar and margarine or butter until crumbly.
