½ cup oil
4, one ounce squares unsweetened chocolate-melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup nuts-chopped
confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, melted chocolate, and sugar.

Stir in eggs and vanilla.

In separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt

Add to chocolate mixture and stir in nuts

Roll dough into ball shapes

Roll in confectioners sugar

Bake on greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes
