2 tablespoons margarine (soft)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 egg
1 rounded cup flour
1 rounded cup yellow corn meal
1 cup sour mik
1 teaspoon baking soda (dissolved in milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, brown sugar and egg until smooth. Add rest of ingredients until well mixed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 about 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched.

Growing up we always thought that this cake was named after our Grandpa. Turns out it wasn't but it was fun growing up thinking that our grandma invented it for our Grandpa!
