5 cups of Hominy
4.5 liters of water
3 dry holy leaf
shredded chicken
salt
tostadas
lettuce
raddish
lime

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot boil the hominy, water, holy leaf and salt. Boil until hominy opens (blooms) about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Add the shredded chicken (cook for another half hour)
Serve it in a bowl and add the lettuce, radish and lime.
Enjoy it with tostadas.
