1# ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
minced garlic
2 T. soy sauce
1 large can baked beans
1 c. BBQ sauce
8 oz. (1 c.) pineapple tidbits
4 oz. sliced mushrooms, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
