2 cup whipping cream
2 Tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 package of chocolate wafers
Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla til stiff.
2. Spread between chocolate wafers, forming log.
3. Frost tops and sides with remaining whipped cream.
4. Save 2 cookies to crush for crumbs to sprinkle on top.
5. Refrig for at least 4 hours. Cut diagonally when serving.
