1# ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can chopped, drained green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

2 sliced tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese


Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease quiche pan or 10" pie plate.
Brown and drain meal and onion. Add seasoning. Spread in pan and sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs til smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes then cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or til knife comes clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

Optional: add black olives on hamburger layer.
