Pork ribs (4 racks)
1 C Brown sugar
Garlic to taste
1 lt apple juice
2 oz rum

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the ribs apart.
Combine marinade ingredients and cover the ribs.
Marinate for 24 hrs in the fridge.

Put the marinated ribs in the smoker at 200º F and smoke for 3 hrs.
Cover the ribs with foil and cook in the smoker another 2 hrs.

Grill on the barbecue until crisp.

Tips:
The amount of sugar and rum you put in your marinade is up to your personal taste. The consistency should be thin like the juice.
