8 dozen eggs
15 C 5% acid vinegar
3/4 C canning salt
7 garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil and peel the eggs.

Combine the vinegar, salt and garlic and bring to a boil.
Fill clean jars with eggs and cover with the brine (leave 1/2" headspace).
Put jars into a preheated boiling water canner.
Boil for 15 minutes once the water comes to a full boil.
Let cool and check that the lids have sealed.

Tips:
Only use intact eggs that have no damage from peeling.
