1 1/2 pounds unpeeled fresh shrimp
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. all purpose flour
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
2 c. peeled tomatoes, chopped
10 oz. frozen sliced okra, thawed
2 c. cooked rice

Peel and devein shrimp. Saute onion and green peppers with butter, until tender. Combine flour and dry seasonings, and stir into onion mixture. Add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar until smooth. Add tomatoes, stirring constantly until thickened. Add shrimp. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Stir in rice.
