Last weekend I made a hot dip to take to a Super Bowl Party. ( Many thanks to Meillyn Kelly, a Pampered Chef consultant who shared it with me. ) The dip was a huge hit (unlike the game)!

If you like Buffalo Chicken Wings, you will love this recipe. It is super easy and has a nice spicy kick to it.

Recipe:
Combine 1 pkge ( 8 oz ) softened cream cheese, 1 cup ranch dressing, 1/2 - 3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce depending on how much heat you like, 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breasts and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix together and bake in a oven proof dish at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with your favourite crackers or pita chips.

Note: Some recipes call for blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. Next time I would do 1/2 cup of each.
