10 oz. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and put in buttered casserole. SautÚ onion and celery in butter. Combine soup and cheese. Mix all. Cover and bake at 350║ for 35-40 minutes.
