Chocolate Brownies


1 cup sugar
cup butter

4 eggs

1 can Hershey chocolate syrup(16oz) or 1 cup Hershey chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan.

Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs, mix well. Add Hershey syrup and vanilla. Add flour and salt. Beat well.

Pour into prepared 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Cool brownies, place in freezer.

Mint Frosting

2 cups shifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter(softened)

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring

Cream sugar and butter together. Add milk, peppermint and food coloring, beat until well mixed.

Spread frosting over frozen brownies.

Store in freezer.
