5 Yukon Gold potatoes,thinly sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 quart heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Place the potatoes, onion, garlic, cheddar cheese and ham in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Gently stir until well combined
Pour the cream over the potato mixture
Season with salt and pepper
Bake in oven until potatoes are fork tender, about 1 hour.
