4-5 lbs Beef Roast
2 cups water
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp pepper
1-2 tsp salt, to taste
1 large or 2 small onions
1/4 tsp basil
1 tsp fennel

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper roast
Put roast in pan
Put water in pan and add rest of ingredients on roast.
Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes per pound.
Slice thin, return to pan.

Serve on Italian Roll.
Use Juices/Broth to drizzle over sandwich.
