13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with PAM
Bread slices with no crust
3 cups shredded cheddar
1 lb sausage, fried and drained
8 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In 13 x 9 inch pan, sprayed with PAM, line with bread without crusts
Spread on top of bread in order:
3 cups shredded cheddar
1 lb sausage, fried and drained

Beat together the 8 eggs, 1 cup milk
Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pan.

I put more cheese on top--Monteray jack or other type, about 2 cups
Chill overnight.
Bake @ 325º F for 50 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes
