1 # sausage, browned, crumbled and drained
1 tube crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potato cubes, thawed
3 T. diced peppers, any colors
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
3 c. shredded sharp cheddar


3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 T. milk
Salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper/hot sauce to taste

2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spread rolls on ungreased 12" rimmed pizza pan to 1" over pan rim. Turn edges under. Sprinkle with sausage, hash browns, pepper, onions and cheddar. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings in bowl then pour over pizza. Sprinkle parmesan over top. Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.
