1 c flour - 1 stick butter, room temp - 1 c finely chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, room temp - 1 c powdered sugar
1 large container Cool Whip, defrosted
2 small pkgs instant lemon pudding - 3 c COLD whole milk
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained, cut in half
chopped walnuts for garnish

Preheat oven to 325º. Mix flour, nuts & butter, press into 9 x 13 glass pan, bake for 25 minutes. Remove pan, turn off oven..In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat the cream cheese till smooth, add the powdered sugar, beat well. Use a spatula to fold in 1/2 the carton of thawed Cool Whip. Spread evenly on cooled crust. In a medium bowl, whisk the lemon puddings & cold milk until it begins to thicken. Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip, garnish with chopped walnuts & cut maraschino cherries. Refrigerate.
