4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 (6.5oz) can mushrooms, undrained
1 lb burger, cooked and drained
1 (10.5oz) can mushroom soup
small onion diced
C red pepper, diced
C green pepper, diced
salt and pepper to taste
tsp greek seasoning
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook burger and onion, Drain.

2. Add salt, pepper and greek seasoning.

3. Add both red and green pepper, mushrooms and soup; add milk if needed to make it creamy.

4. Cook potatoes and mash them like you normally do. I like to add sour cream and chives to mine.

5. Put meat mixture into the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Top with corn and potatoes; sprinkle with shredded cheese.

6. Cover and bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes.
