Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding - 4 serving size
1/2 Wesson oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
3 tsp. butternut flavoring

Sauce:
1/2 stick margarine
1 tbsp. butternut flavor
5 tbsp. water
1 cup confectioner's sugar

Cake:
Blend all ingredients in large bowl, beat 3 minutes. Bake in greased 10" tube pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, until center springs back when touched lightly.

Sauce:
Bring ingredients to a boil, pour over cake while still hot in pan. Cool cake completely before removing from pan.
