½ c. White corn syrup
1 c. Raw peanuts
1 Tb. Butter
1t. Vanilla
1 c. Sugar
⅛ t. Salt
1 t Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together in 1½ qt. Casserole dish, the syrup, peanuts, sugar and salt, cook on High for 4 minutes. Stir and cook 4 minutes longer. Add butter and vanilla to syrup blending well. Cook on high for 1 minute. Add baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour onto large buttered jelly-roll pan. Let cool one hour. When cool break into small pieces

If roasted, salted peanuts are used, add with butter nd Vanilla and omit salt.
