1 can PINK salmon, flaked.
2 eggs, beaten
½ c. milk
½ c. PANKO bread crumbs
1 tsp lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
1 dash pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp melted butter or margarine

Drain Salmon and remove bones and skin. Place in a medium size bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Shape into 2” patties. Carefully place in a skillet on medium heat with a little vegetable oil until browned slightly for 3-4 minutes or until Salmon in cooked thru, carefully turning patties.
