2 lb. ground beef
1 cup rice
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 (10 ½ oz) can tomato soup
1 can water (use tomato soup can)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the rice, meat, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and form the meat into 1” balls. Mix soup and water and place in a large skillet. Carefully add meatballs . Cover the skillet. Try to turn the meatball once in a while to coat with the tomato sauce. Cook on low for 45 minutes or until meat is cooked thru.
