Ingredients: 36 regular Oreo Cookies 6 tbsp butter, melted 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened ¼ C. sugar 2 tbsp Cold milk 1 12 oz. container Cool Whip, divided 2 3 oz pkg Instant Chocolate pudding 3 ¼ c. Cold Milk 1 c. Mini chocolate chips.

Directions:Butter a 9 x 13” pan. Crush Oreo’s in plastic bag, Pour melted butter into the bag and mix well. Press Oreo-butter mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate for 7 minutes. In a medium size bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add 2 tbsp Cold milk and the sugar and mix until combined. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread mixture lightly over Oreo-butter crust and place back in refrigerator for about 5-7 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine chocolate pudding mixture and Cold milk. Whisk until thick. Spread over the top of cream cheese layer. Place back in refrigerator for another 5-10 minutes to allow pudding to set. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the chocolate pudding layer and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerator 3-4 hours before serving. |
