9 oz. spaghetti or linguine
1/4 C. chopped onion
1T. butter
1T. flour
1 C. peas
1can (15 oz.) evaporated milk
1 package (17Oz.) Hormel fully cooked sliced Turkey in Gravy, chopped or 2 C. leftover turkey w/ 1/2C. gravy
1 (2oz.) jar pimientos; optional
1/2C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4C. grated parmesan cheese
French fried onions or crushed bread crumbs; optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onions in butter until softened, about 2 min. Stir in flour. Add evaporated milk; cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in turkey in gravy, cheddar cheese, pimientos (optional) peas and pasta. Place mixture into a lightly greased 2 qt. casserole dish; sprinlke w/Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-50 min. or until heated through. I like to add crushed bread crumbs or french fried onions over Parmesan cheese for last few minutes to add a little crunch.
