¾ c margarine
⅔ c evaporated milk
1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil, grease with butter.

Mix sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a full boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined. Beat in marshmallow creme and vanilla extract. Transfer fudge to the prepared pan and let cool before cutting into squares.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I used to cut the recipe in half and make in an 8x8 inch pan (a little bit goes a long way).
Often I would also make butterscotch fudge by substituting butterscotch chips for the chocolate chips.
