8-pork butts (Three slabs of ribs for the cooks **Recipe to come)
1-Gal Apple juice
2-large bottles Worcestershire sauce
2-Lb. Grand champion BBQ rub (or your favorite rub)
4 AL. pans
Al. foil
(1-Injector tool)
Meat thermometer
Gloves to move meat around in the pit

Injector sauce
Apple juice
Worcestershire
BBQ RUB (your favorite,Grand champion)

Mix injector sauce well.
Inject the butt well at different depths, put a little mix on the outside rub in the BBQ rub well.
Let them all marinade overnight. In a clean cooler. Or if you are just doing one a large zip bag will do.

Put the butts on early in the morning on a smoker. Smoke till a temp of 165 is achieved (about 8-hr at a temp of 225-250’). Then place the butts in aluminum pans and pour in some apple juice and cover with foil really well. Cook another 4 hours.

Cool and pull by hand.
