4 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
½ c. sugar (more or less if peaches seem very tart or very ripe)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. almond extract
¼ c. flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
Pillsbury pie crust or your own homemade pie crust

Topping:
¼ c. butter
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. brown sugar
¼ c. flour
¼ tsp. ground cloves
¼ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Filling: Peel and slice enough peaches to fill the pie pan (about 4 cups). Mix peaches with sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, flour, and cinnamon. Line a 9 inch pie pan with Pillsbury or your own crust and place peach filling in the pan.
Topping: Mix and cut together butter, sugar, brown sugar, flour, ground cloves, and cinnamon. Sprinkle topping on pie and bake approximately 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
