1 c. Pecan halves
1 c. Walnut halves
1/4 c. Light brown sugar
2 T. Maple syrup
1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 t. Hungarian paprika
Salt and pepper

Bacon:
1/4 c. Light brown sugar
1/2 t. Hungarian paprika
6 strips of bacon, diced
1 lemon, zested
Salt and pepper

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Set aside.

Bacon:
In a small bowl combine all of the bacon ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Spread out on a baking sheet, covered with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until bacon is almost done and sugar is bubbling. Remove from oven and add the nut mixture on to the sheet.. stir and fold with a spatula. Spread mixture evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring and spreading again halway through.

Cool and break apart. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
