8 Cloves of garlic
1/3 C. Olive oil
1 lb. Pasta
1/2 t. Red pepper flakes
Save 1 1/2 C. Pasta water
1 t. Salt
1/2 C. Fresh parsley
1 C. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer garlic cloves in olive oil for 2 minutes. Cook pasta for 12 minutes. Save 1 1/2 C. of pasta water and drain pasta. Add red pepper flakes and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add fresh parsley. Add pasta to sauce and cook for a few minutes. Add parmesan cheese. Mix well.
