2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1 stick butter melted

1 stick butter softened.
1 box powdered sugar (3 1/2 cups)
2 eggs beaten very well (now a days they would say to use pasturizered eggs however we never died from this recipe, as we are here trying these recipes)

5 bananas
1 20 ounce (2 1/2 cups) can of crushed pineapple drained well
1 12 ounces container of cool whip thawed.
Optional Maraschino cherries drained and chopped nuts for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Stir melted butter into graham cracker crumbs and place in a greased 9x13 glass pan and chill.

Mix softened butter, powdered sugar and eggs and mix well, I mean beat way past
how much time you probably think it will take. Must be completely emulsified.

Spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust.

Split the bananas lengthwise into 3 slices per banana and place over powdered sugar mixture.
Next sprinkle over the well drained pineapple.
Frost this with the cool whip
Top with cherries ( one for each square of serving) and Nuts chopped peanuts or pecans.
