Granny Smith Apples
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
cinnamon to taste
1 cup flour
1 large egg
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
core and peel apples, slice and put into a buttered pie tin approximately 3/4 full.
Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. sugar and some cinnamon
Mix 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 stick of butter melted. Add chopped walnuts.
Put mixture on top of apples
Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Approximately 45 minutes
Insert knife to make sure apples are done.
