1 1/4 cup Milk
2/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp. Orange Zest
1 tsp. Almond Flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter a 9" deep dish pie plate. In a blender combine mile, sugar, flour, eggs, butter, zest, flavoring and salt. Blend until smooth making sure any pockets of flour are blended. Pour enough batter in pie plate to make a layer of 1/4". Bake for 10 minutes until just set. Spoon cherries over partially cooked batter, arranging them evenly. Blend remaining batter briefly, then pour evenly over the cherries. Bake uncovered, until batter is just set in center ( it should still wobble slightly) and clafoutis is puffy and golden. 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Bust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream, Greek yogurt or créme fraiche on the side.
