2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
3 slices bread crumbled
1½ lbs ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup of shredded carrot

¼ brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add bread and stir until dissolved. Mix beef, onion, cheddar and carrot into the bread mixture; transfer mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard mixture in a small bowl and spread over meat mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 to 1¼ hours or until no longer pink inside or meat thermometer reads 160º
