Ingredients:  
(amounts depend on how many burritos you want to make)
small amount of olive oil
red, green and yellow bell peppers, cut into strips
onion, chopped
garlic
sliced button mushrooms
pulled pork (or vegetarian substitute)
Annie's barbeque sauce (or barbeque sauce of your choice)
small amount of balsamic vinegar
pineapple chunks
large tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook until tender; add pulled pork and cook until almost done. Add barbeque sauce and balsamic vinegar and heat through. Spoon onto tortilla shells and top with pineapple chunks. Fold into burritos and serve.
