Cabbage, chopped and cooked
3/4 cup rice, cooked
1 onion, chopped
Gardein crumbles (or ground beef)
Garlic salt
salt & pepper
Italian seasoning
tomato soup
canned diced tomatoes
half a jar of spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according t package directions. While rice is cooking, put cabbage on to boil and cook onion and crumbles together in a skillet. Add tomato soup, all of the seasonings (to taste), the canned diced tomatoes and heat through. Add the cooked rice and the cooked cabbage along with the spaghetti sauce; heat through and serve.

If you omit the cabbage and diced tomatoes, this makes a great stuffing for bell peppers.
