2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Dark Karo Syrup
1/2 C. Water


2 Stiff Egg Whites

1C. chopped nuts- 1/2 and 1/2 mixture of pecans and black walnuts is best
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, Karo syrup, and water until hard ball stage.

Slowly drizzle in syrup mixture into stiff egg whites.
Continue to whip until mixture comes together and doesn't puddle.
Add nuts.
Spoon out onto parchment.
