2 C. Sugar
1 Stick butter
1 C. Buttermilk
5 Eggs separated
1 Can of coconut
2 C. Flour
1 t. Soda
1 C. Nuts

Icing
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 Stick of butter
1 Box of powdered sugar
1 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and Crisco with sugar.

Add egg yokes one at a time, beating well after each one.

Sift flour and soda. Add alternating with buttermilk.

Add nuts and coconut that has been dusted with some of dry ingredients.

Fold in beaten egg whites.

Bake 45 mins. at 350.
