1½ lb. Lean Ground Beef
15 oz. can Tomato Sauce
Dash Pepper
½ c. Uncooked Rice
½ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Minced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 350º.
Combine beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until everything is well incorporated. Then roll and shape the mixture into balls and place into a 1½ qt casserole baking dish, then pour the tomato sauce over the top of the meatballs. Cover and bake for 35 minutes at 350º, then reduce the heat to 325º and bake for another 30 minutes.
