2 cups sweet potatoes, grated
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl - grate the raw sweet potatoes into the milk to keep them from turning dark. Add other ingredients in order given and stir well to combine. Pour into a well greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

Bake in a 350 º oven for one hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla icecream. Cold pudding may be sliced and served with cream as "sweet potato pone".
