1 cup butter, melted
1 cup light sour cream
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 boxes Jiffy muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sour cream, whole corn, creamed corn, eggs, and salt. Add muffin mix and stir gently to combine.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake 1 hour.
Serve warm.
