LAYER 1:
1-½ C (approx. 20) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
¼ C butter, melted
2 Tbs. sugar

LAYER 2:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
⅓ C sugar
2 Tbs. milk
1-¼ C non-dairy whipped topping
¼ C candy canes, crushed

LAYER 3:
2 (3.9 oz.) packages chocolate instant pudding
3 C milk

LAYER 4:
1-¾ C non-dairy whipped topping

TOPPING:
2 oz. Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce
¼ C candy canes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine together, crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, melted butter and sugar.
2. Spread into bottom of a 13x9 baking pan.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. With electric mixer beat cream cheese. Add in sugar, milk, non-dairy whipped topping and crushed candy canes, mix until combined. Spread over cookie layer. Refrigerate.
5. Beat pudding mixes with cold milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
6. Spread over top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
7. Spread remaining non-dairy whipped topping over chocolate pudding layer. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours.
8. Just prior to serving drizzle with Torani Dark chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes.

I found when making this that I had to double the recipe for a 13x9 baking pan.
Torani Dark chocolate syrup can be found at Meijers.

I made this for Christmas 2018. The only one that tried it was Coel. He hates peppermint but tried it anyway for me. No one ate any of it after dinner except Coel, so I had a lot of it left and thoroughly enjoyed every single serving that I had til the pan was scrapped clean.
