2 lbs Venison
1 cups Flour
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tab hot sauce
Pepper
vegetable oil
Sliced onion
1 cup milk and 1 cup whole milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan.
Pound meat until really thin 1/4 inch thick
Mix flour, garlic salt and pepper.
Mix egg, hot sauce, and 1 cup milk
Dip meat in milk mixture.
Dip meat into flour mixture.
In hot oil, place meat and cover/fry

When venison done cooking, stir the onions into the hot oil
Cook about 5 minutes
Discard oil, remove onions to plate.
Pour remaining flour mixture and milk. Stir until thickens.
Pour over steaks, add onions

Can add own spices to flour mixture.
