Personal Notes:
When preparing Chicken Alfredo one must feel confident. If the preparer of the Chicken Alfredo is bitter, the dish will come out salty and unpleasant and make those who eat it get a tummy ache. The moment I pour the chicken into the pasta all the smells flourish nicely together like a smell of a fresh cut rose. The moment my mom opens the Alfredo sauce to pour in, the smell transports me to the afternoons my grandma spent making the sauce of her own. Chicken Alfredo can cure any empty stomach in a single bite well--at least that was my moms belief and my grandmas too. Chicken Alfredo is a satisfying dish the feeling of each bite is so delightful and full filling it brings out the best of moods.
