1 lb. pea beans
6 c. water
1 - 2 cloves of garlic
dash of cayenne
1 bay leaf
¼ c. ketchup
2 tsp. worchesteshire sauce
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
¼ c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Left over ham (good spiral cut ham not cheap ham)

Directions:

Soak beans over night.
Combine all the above ingredients in a large soup pot and simmer for a few hours.
