Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
1 sm. box jello instant vanilla pudding
2 lg. frozen strawberries - thaw
3 whole eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
fresh strawberries
Cool Whip - Extra Creamy is best

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, package of instant pudding, 1/3 c. oil, and 1 c. water for about 3-5 minutes then pour into a greased (I use Baker's Joy spray) 11 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Should be brown on top and toothpick in center comes out clean. Let cool. Poke holes all through cake with a fork or knife. Pour both containers of strawberries on top to totally cover and let soak into cake. Add the softened cool whip over the top. Garnish with fresh strawberries, halved or whole.

Tip: If you have regular cool whip add a teaspoon of vanilla and stir then the cool whip will taste as if made from scratch.

Personal Notes:
I make this cake for family get togethers and it is named after my brother Chris who gets whatever is left. I've tried altering ingredients and he catches me on it everytime. Best not to mess with perfection LOL...Bev
