1 lb. dried navy or pea beans
½ lb. salt pork, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ cup molasses
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and soak beans overnight in cold water.
2. Drain beans. Place in crockpot and cover with cold water.
3. Combine the sugar, molasses, salt, soda, and dry mustard with 1 cup water.
4. Pour over beans and cook without stirring for 10-12 hours.
